Introduction
At Sag Wear, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you expected, so if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
- Refund timing may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies, but please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
- Please note: Sag Wear is not responsible for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process.
Return Shipping Costs
- If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on any returns.
